1. How can I order?
You can easily order via our webshop. Choose the product you want, choose the size and click "Add to cart". Then follow the steps in the checkout. You can also order via our Instagram @hidaye.stockholm.
2. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary between 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
3. How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or purchases over a certain amount.
4. Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. For a return to be approved, you must:
- The product must be in unused condition.
- All original labels remain.
- The product must be free from odors, stains or other signs of use.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
5. How do I make a return?
Contact us via email or the contact form within 14 days. We will then send you instructions and a return address. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for return shipping.
6. Can I change the size?
Yes, if the product is in stock. Contact us and we will help you with the exchange.
7. I have received a faulty or damaged item – what do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and attach a picture of the product and a brief description of the problem. We will resolve it as quickly as we can.
8. I'm unsure about size – how do I know what fits?
We have a size guide on the product page. You are always welcome to contact us for personal assistance.
9. Can I change my order afterwards?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can sometimes change it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
10. Do you only sell Muslim clothing?
Yes, our focus is modest fashion inspired by Islamic values. Our garments are carefully selected to suit a Muslim lifestyle.
11. Can I trade without creating an account?
Yes, you can make a purchase as a guest without registering an account.
12. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used in our webshop. A perfect gift!
